We just ordered a set of brake pads for front and rear and they will be on before you buy it. The plastics have a few scratches but no cracks anywhere. The tires are like new. Odometer shows 1347 miles and are accurate. The racks are in good condition with a few dings. Overall this machine is good to go only needs a rider. As we strive to give the most accurate possible description the unit is still sold as-is, however if there is a problem we will handle it in a very professional and fair manor.
