OPERATION 

Normally the boilers are fired by natural gas, however, during extreme weather conditions, both summer heat or winter cold, an auxiliary fuel supply is needed.
When the need for auxiliary fuel exists, the situation is critical and the pump must run without fail. The Pressure Jet pump has proven itself ready for duty during a complete heating and cooling season without need for service.

OPERATION

Exciting of beers is making beer foam. Just before beer bottles are capped, they are charged with a high pressure shot of water, which causes the beer to foam/excite. This is very important part of the procedure forces gases out of the bottle. This exciting process provides a more consistent quality product with enhanced flavour and longer shelf life.
 
HIGH PRESSURE FEED PUMP FOR SPLITTING PROCESS

In Oleochem industries, oil is to be splitted and converted into crude fatty acid. This oil splitting process requires counter flow of oil and water at high temperature & pressure.

From one end, oil is fed into the splitting tower under pressure with the help of a high pressure triplex plunger pump through a heat exchanger, wherein its temperature is raised upto 230 to 250 C. From another end, water after passing through a heat exchanger and raising its temperature to 250 C is passed to the splitting tower under pressure by a high pressure pump. This process is called as hydrolysis process. Oil starts splitting into fatty acid and glycerol. The later gets mixed with water, whereas; density difference separates the former being light in weight.
