Thick Board 28 each. The Cutlery items being requested shall meet  the following specifications: Comply with HACCP programs by using Color-Coded  Cutlery designated for specific food types. Cutlery must also provide sharp,  stain-free, high-carbon steel blades. Cutlery must also have rivetless,  contoured, textured, no-slip polypropylene handles that has withstood 1000 lb.  pull test. Cutting Boards must have a hook design for easy carrying and  hanging during storage and air-drying. A set should consist of four color ? coded boards and one Selector Cahrt/Sanitation Guide. Cutting boards must be  durable, smooth finish and rounded edges that will not chip, crack, peel, warp  o! r dull knives. See attachment for visual example. The Government will  award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter  whose quotation conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to  the Government.
