This will be a firm fixed price requirements type contract. Contractor shall  provide a Yamaha C-7 PE Concert Grand Piano (satin ebony finish) w/ adjustable  artist bench (Brand Name or Equal - include specifications with quote), Grand  Piano Dolly, String Cover, Piano Cover, Dehumidifier (heater system).  Includes delivery, set-up and tuning; with 10-year Warranty (parts and labor).  Delivered by 02 June 2008. Relocate Kawai Grand Piano currently in the  Sanctuary of Main Post Chapel, Bldg 790, Schofield Barracks to Bldg 344, Fort  Shafter. Includes tuning of Kawai Grand Piano once relocated. The issue date  for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 07 April 2008. Response  date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified inthe  solicitation and may be earlier or later than 15 Apr 2008. This procurement is  a 100% small business set-aside. This is a new requirement.
