The City of Surrey invites suppliers to submit a detailed quotation covering  the supply and installation of: Six (6) or more Tandem Dump Bodies Bodies to  be installed on Volvo VHD64B Cab & Chassis Sealed quotations, clearly marked  as to content RFQ 1220-40-31-04, will be received at the office of the  Manager, Purchasing & Payments, Purchasing Section, 6645 - 148th Street,  Surrey, BC, V3S 3C7 and not later than 3:00 p.m. (local time) Thursday,  September 9th, 2004. Submissions will be opened privately by the City, after  the closing time specified. No public announcement of the contents of any  submission will be made at that time. The quantities shown are only  estimates. The quantities indicated represent our anticipated requirements  and no assurance can be given as to the actual quantities that will be  required. The City is under no obligation to accept the lowest or any  quotation submitted. The City reserves the right in it sole discretion to  waive informalities in, or reject any or all quotations, or to accept any  quotation deemed most favourable in the interest of the City, or cancel the  competition at any time without award.
