We have done this for 10 years now and you can expect a 100% error free file, for direct output to film.  6. Film Quote must include film 7. Imposition We will send you, two days in advance, the exact page numbering and number of pages. This way you can prepare the exact imposition prior to our arrival. As such we can output the film asap and save some time.  8. Digital Proof We will provide the full binded mockup, printed with color laser, using postscript (PS). However we still need a digital proof from you, but no mockup, just 8 pages per sheet. This is to compare the layouts and expected color from your pre-press production.  9. Binding/gluing Perfect binding.  An important aspect is the binding/gluing; We must have quality in this regard so that the books do not fall apart. Therefore can you please outline how you would bind the book?  10. Quality control We would like to send three staff to stay close to your printing facility so that we can monitor quality control, but we would first like you to send us your quality control policy so that we know of it in advance.  11. Production schedule  The three staff will arrive in the beginning of September. We will need pickup from the airport and then if possible drive directly to the pre-press production office to deliver the pdf and ensure you can copy the DVDs correctly (we will also bring backup on physical hdd). The staff will be available 24hrs, so every stage of the production is monitored and checked. Could you also please help to find a guest house within walking distance of your premises.  Printing schedule: First batch of 5, 000 copies within two weeks after all films have been approved by the staff. The second batch we are flexible according to your capacity, but within a period of less than 2 months of the first batch.  12. Shipping and Packing Please quote FOB We require you to pack the boxes on pallets with 20 books per box. Please can you use kraft paper wrapped at 5 books per wrap + 20 books packed per strong carton box.
