We are a telco in Romania and would like to install cash machines in our offices where customers can pay the invoices themselves. Cash payment is a must and credit card payment would be optional.  We have the following requirements :   - the machine should use barcode scanner to scan the invoice and determine the amount to be paid  - accept romanian currency (plastic money, eventually coins)  - give change (3-4 kinds of plastic money and eventually coins)  - issue receipt  - send the payment confirmation to a central server administred by us using a TCP/IP based protocol over ethernet connection (we have the necesary infrastructure)  - have resonably large colour display where we can show ads, infos, etc. while not in use Please send us your offer including the full specifications for the product and also a pricelist for the following amounts :   - 1 test product  - 20 products (intended startup amount)  - 150 products (minimum estimated need by the end of the year) Yours, Ciprian Nica
