IP Product Desired Specifications for OEM adoption: Fully ISO compliant H.264 / dual JPEG compression. Capable of 30 fps per video channel on device @ full D1 (720 x 480) resolution. QCIF (180 x 120), CIF (360 x 240), and 4CIF/ D1 (720 x 480) resolutions available. Product should support 2 way full duplex G.711 PCM ISO compliant audio Should support direct RS485 relay over IP from decoder product or PC GUI to IP server or integrated PTZ. No protocol should be required if external PTZ controller is connected. Supported protocols that must be included: TCP, UDP, HTTP, DHCP, RTP, RTSP, RTCP, FTP, SMTP, PPPOE, DNS, DDNS, NTP, UPnP, ICMP, IGMP, ARP Full developer level documentation; open API should be available for 3rd party programmer use of and access to all the listed protocols, in addition to any applicable SDK from the manufacturer. Products should be POE (Power over Ethernet) 802.3af compliant, in addition to offering 12VDC/ 24VAC power option. Any NVR recording software supplied with the product by the manufacturer should be capable of expansion to record at least 16 IP video channels, to local and/ or network storage locations, have an option to be installed and run as a "Windows Service" on Windows XP & Widows Vista Pro. Ideally this software will allow remote client access to the main NVR software run on a dedicated Windows PC. Ideally any company seeking OEM consideration should also be partnered or seeking partnership with a major hardware independent NVR software developer such as, Milestone, , ONSSI, , or Omnicast, . Any IP server or camera module should be CE & UL listed.
