QUANTITY: 100 Metric tons. (4 containers)   Subsequent supply shall be five hundred metric tons per month.  INSPECTION: Each shipment is surveyed, supervised and report by world class inspection agencies to provide flawless quality and quantity to our customers  Inspection agency shall be required to undertake and furnish certificate of quality, certificate of weight and other chemical compositions at the Port of loading at our expense. The weight of zircon sand as ascertained and certified together with inspection agency analysis shall be basis of our export Invoice.  PACKING:-Packed in polypropylene bags, each bag weighs 50kgs and 25 tons in 20ft container. LOADING PORT: Loading on to the vessel shall be at Apapa Port/Tin can Island, Nigeria. INSURANCE: Shall be covered by the buyer from Apapa port to discharge port. PRICE:-Unit price USD 8 per 1% ZrO content CnF. ($400 per metric ton CnF)  PRICE ADJUSTMENT: The price is based on 55% ZrO content; if the Zircon concentrate has 1% value above then there will be a concomitant increase per 1%. If the Zircon content decreases the unit price per ton will be decreased by value of 1% ZrO content  PAYMENT TERMS: By irrevocable Letter of Credit payable at sight after receipt of shipping documents. DELIVERY: .We use the services of the most reliable freight forwarder in the business to assist us meet our high level accuracy in term of deliveries and customer satisfaction. The goods shall be delivered to the Vessel within 30 days after receipt of Letter of Credit.  SAMPLE OF PRODUCT:-1 kilogram of Zircon sand shall be freed; the buyer shall pay for shipment of the sample VALIDITY: The price is valid for 7days.
