Good Day  We received a request from one of our clients ( please note that this is a goverment tender) for the following:  Hammer Rotary Drilling Machine of chain wheels, equiped with a lower knocking head for drilling wells in limestone and basalt quarries for explosive operations in these quarries, as per the following technical data:  First : The quarry Technical Data   The quarries are consisting of two layers : Limestibe (of 30-35 m depth) and of 3 mohs. Hardness included some very hard stones of 6 mohs hardness, and the lower layer is hard basalt of (4-5 mohs) hardness.  Second:The technical data of the Drilling Machine.  It should be ready to work in hard working conditions, such as :tempreture (+50? C in Summer and -10?C in winter, dust and falling stones, so the machine should be equiped with (A conditioner to work in summer and wormed to work in winter. It should be protected against falling stones on the cabin ) and it is drived by deisel engine, screw compressor, hydraulic pumps, and with chain wheels of hydraulic system.  The drilling method is rotary one with lower hammer mechanism to overcame the very hard stones, and to oper holes of 4" approx. and of 30 m depth at least.  Third: The supplier should mention the following in his offer:   1- The type / the model of machine and the country of origin.   2-The engine type / model, its power, its technical data its own diagrams and the country of origin.   3-The machine's main dimensions and weights.  4- The main and minor equipments technical data of the machine in detail, moving methods, speed ranges, working angles,slope, the technical data of hammer, and cabin, with its dimentions, as well as to the lubrication circuits... etc. Waiting for your soonest answer.
