We are now participating in a tender with an official entity which consists in supplying 1000 PDA (specifications are described in the last part of this communication). Once the entity finish this bid, probably they would need for the next year more or less like 7000 Units (this will be done in another different bid). However we must participate directly with the manufacturer of the devices, so on, I would need from you a quotation for the 1000 units and if theres any chances that we could work with us in this process in some sort of partnership (we will need some legal papers form your company). At least your company have sold in one contract USD400.000 in PDA's. We are able to travel to any part of the world if you want in order to close the agreement between us.
