We would like to purchase frozen Halal meat. Quantity:  3000 MT bones-in beef: cuts should be ? cow each piece 2 x HIND QUARTER and 2 x FRONT QUARTER.  5000 MT lamb: is whole carcass weighed 8 to 20 Kg/lamb double shrouded with cloth.  1500 MT boneless beef: what they need is large cuts 90%VL (Visible Lean) such as in Boneless Hip, Boneless bottom blade, inside round, outside round etc. They do not want small pieces like stakes and ribs etc. The buyers butcher will do the small cuts. They need bulk meat.  Meat will require a Halal Certificate, Mad Cow clean certificate & processing must meet HACCP standards. Price is to be in US Funds, CIF Port of Jebel Ali Dubai.
