I am looking for a supplier of good quality PVC and plastic rain coats and jackets. I am interested in bright coloured PVC also shiny colours for fashion buyers. Adult sizes only. Hooded styles, trench coats, preferably with belts and thicker quality PVC.  I am also interetsed in talking to manufacturers who can make garments to my design.
