Looking for a custom designed round and as flat as possible scale capable to weigh up to 700 grams with outside diameter of around 75 mm. Battery operated. There is no need for an lcd or other type of reading interface, except for 3 red LED's around the base of the scale. The scale should turn on when a weight is placed on the scale and auto off after weight has been removed. the LED's should turn on only when weight on scale is between 270 and 300 grams. No need for high precision. Plastic materials preferred. Lifecycle and batterylife should be at least 5,000 weighings. Apart from eletronically engineered, a mecanical spring solution is also welcomed. Ordering quantity dependent on price and conditions, between 5,000 and 20,000 annualy. When you offer acceptible price and conditions we will work together with you to make an exact design preferred to your manufacturing techniques and to minimize the cost.
