Dear Sir :   Here is Synnex group Located in HK ,China,mainly trading oil business ,we now want to buy Brazil fuel oil to make asphalt ,and as I known ,this oil is a blend of brazilian crude and other components in singapore by some trader,known well that the brazilian oil is best to refine the asphalt ,the main parameter of the fuel oil blended like:the density is 939.5Kg/m3,sulfur is no more than 0.67%(m/m), carbon residue no more than 6.14%(m/m) .pls refer the more details list in the following sheet.  Could offer us this oil or recommend some one who can supply us the oil?  We want to the seller give us the price based on FOB and CIF term and price based on agreed platts +discount/premium like MOPS+P/D,we would compare the CIF price with FOB price added the cost we should pay if we arrange the loading.So pls give us two price,about quantity,first trial order about 20000-30000MT starting in the end of month ,after inspection,we would release order every month about 60000MT ,we would buy this oil about 900,000MT during 2009. Pls give us best term and price,you know this oil to make asphaltum and there are biger requirement in China in the future years because Chinese Government is doing some thing to expand the domestic demand like building more roads to rescue China's economy out of the financial cresis in the whole of the world this time.
