Our Govt. Approved specification is as follows:  Triple Super Phosphate(TSP) I. Total phosphates (as P2O5) percent by weight minimum: 46.0 (Not less than 46)  Could be 47%, 48%  Ii. Water soluble phosphates (as P2O5) percent by weight minimum: 40.0(Not less than 40) Could be 40%, 41%  Iii. Free phosphoric acid (as P2O5))percent by weight maximum: 3.0(Not more than 3%)  Could be 1%, 2% Iv. Moisture percent by weight. Maximum: 5.0(Not more than 5%) Could be 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% You can't use heavy metal in TSP. If there is heavy metal then you must follow under mentioned ratio.  Metal Maximum PPM (Never accept more)  Arsenic 50 ppm Lead 100 ppm Cadmium 10 ppm Mercury 5 ppm Chromium 500 ppm Nickel 50 ppm We can be work here as your country representative so that we can participate in Govt.
