A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for 21 June 2006 at Fort Huachuca,  Arizona in Greely Hall (Room 21l1B Building 61801). Registration will be held  between 1100  1200 at the room entrance. The conference is scheduled from  1200-1600. Fort Huach uca is a closed military installation. Those wishing  to participate in the pre-proposal conference must provide drivers license or  ID, vehicle registration and proof of vehicle insurance at Fort Huachucas  main gate. Directions to Ft. Huachuca may be ac cessed on the ITEC4 website  www.itec4.army.mil. Attendance shall be limited to no more than 2  representatives per firm. Companies planning to attend the pre-proposal  conference are required to provide their company name along with the company  representatives names and company Cage Code to the contract ing office no  later than 1200 (noon) Arizona time 20 June 2006.
