This is a HUBZONE SET-ASIDE. NAICS Code 238160. Annual Receipts $13.0  million. Provide all labor, material, plant, equipment, supplies, and  coordination required to repair/replace roof of building 301 at Robins Air  Force Base, Georgia (Project 050370). This requirement will be solicited as a  competitive HUBZone set-aside in accordance with FAR Part 15. It is our  intention to award a firm-fixed price contract by Request for Proposals. The  estimated date for release of solicitation will be on or about 21 July 2006  with an estimated response date of 21 August 2006. The magnitude of this  construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The period of  performance will be 229 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed.
