ALUMINIUM PROFILE Profile for structural glazing must be of T6/6063 grade according to GB/T6237/T5237-2004 with the minimum c/s area or 6800 mm2 in vertical position, minimum thickness of 2.5 mm with the film coating according to AA25 or above. Justifying all the chemical compositions, physical properties and test reports showing moment of inertia and centre of gravity that the particular profile is safe for structure before installation. Estimated quantity:1500 square meters B) ACESSORIES FOR STRUCTURAL GLAZING Cleat angle for external purpose must be according structural stainless steel ( minimum 302 grade) and internal assembly purpose must of T5/6063 grade aluminium, structural nuts and bolts ( oxidation free), structural grade ( stainless steel non magnetic 302) screw-fasteners, ss 304 grade six bar hinge showing load bearing capacity, cam-handle big enough to hold properly, silicon/rubber gasket or EPDM, pearl cotton to be used for insulation purpose in the gaps sealing with gap filling silicon sealant in mono-component neutral cured, to be approved prior installation. II. DOORS WINDOWS ALUMINIUM PROFILE- must be 6063T5 according to minimum of GB/T5237/2000 with self made sliding system in sliding windows without gap between the wire-mesh shutter and glass shutter,100% free from derailment, with no sound while operating, with a minimum thickness of 1.3mm, hardness and toughness or other physical properties must be according to ASTM/6063/2000. Doors in casement/swing system must have sufficient impact load bearing capacity (minimum 15kg/cm2). To be approved prior installation. All profiles must be sufficiently laminated to prevent any kind of scratch or other damages during installation. In case of vertical sliding windows it must be of European style and standard based on roller and rope base system.
