Grade C used monitor-is the designation for a used monitor that is in "poor" working condition and has cosmetic and technical issues. Monitors may have date codes 94 + .  - Monitor passed visual inspection / power-on test - Monitor may be missing required equipment that is supplied for test. Example A / C adapter, video cable, etc. - Monitor may have major cosmetic and / or case damage.  - Monitor may have a noticeable degree of screen burn.  - May have major scratches / nicks (more than an inch or more than one nick on the case) .  - Monitor may be discolored. Uniform yellowing and / or discoloration (minor yellowing) .  - May have major crack-More than an inch and doesn't open and close to normal use.  - Monitor is most likely a dual voltage monitor. Dates 94 +  - Monitor may be missing plastics: control panel cover, Base / Stand, etc.
