I am the director of Franks Business Consultants based in Bonn, Germany. I have been working with 2 respectable buyers:  1. In Israel. This buyer asks for photos of the actual diamonds for sale to be taken on an evaluation sheet, attached to this email.  They are willing to invite the seller to come and see them with the rough diamonds in Israel. They will pay for the sellers flight ticket, accommodation and where necessary help him apply for a visa to enter Israel.  For this they require the photos as mentioned above, an accompanying manifest, certificates of origin, Kimberly certificates, passport copy for the visa application and visa forms.   They are willing to start with a small parcel for both parties to get to know one another and then build up the size of the parcel as time goes on.  Interested in gem quality diamonds, 2cts and above.   3000cts sales per month or more possible.  Buyer will want to speak directly with the seller.   Payment by bank transfer.  2. In Belgium. Buyer requires the seller to come to Belgium to show the diamonds. A manifest is of course needed from the seller beforehand.   The buyer has also had deals done with sellers that have sent the merchandise through Brinks to the HRD ( Antwerp Diamond Centre) in Antwerp. Here they have verified the parcel and paid for it. A Bank Guarantee was given only after the goods were handed over to Brinks ready for transport.  Is willing to start with a small carat parcel and build this up as time goes on.  Would wish to sign an exclusive buyers contract for Belgium with the seller.  No flight tickets or help with visas will be provided.  Interested in gem quality diamonds, 3cts and above.   3000cts sales per month or more possible.  Buyer will want to speak directly with the seller.  Payment by bank transfer.  Both companies are serious and respected buyers in their fields. Neither of them are willing to send bank sensitive details to new sellers up front.
