A. ) The item is a Plastic Helmet. This is to be a toy size replica of the helmet worn in the movie. Overall size would be 3" in diameter.  B. ) The "M" on the front of the helmet plus the "buttons" on the outside bottom ear areas would all be decals.  C. ) The Visor would be clear plastic and able to rise up and down.  D. ) There would not be any of the inside detail that you see in the image of the helmet.  E. ) Quantity would be 50K -100K -200K.  2. ) Please see the attached file visual for speed racer. Pdf.  A. ) This is the plan for the chip board box with a plastic vacuum formed lid.  B. ) Approximate size is 5" by 7" and may be as much as 3" to 3.5" deep depending on the final size of the helmet.  C. ) There are Dome Stickers imprinted with a number 5, approximately 2" diameter, on both sides of the box and other imprinting.  D. ) The pop-down lid is called a pizzoli tray; It is clear and will have two DVD's that will be fulfilled not by us.  E. ) The front of the pop-down tray us curved and would have a decal or imprint or whatever technology as exists to do that.  F. ) The inside of the box would be a smooth plastic red flocked insert that the helmet would fit in to.  3. ) DELIVERY A. ) Half of the finished boxes and helmets need to be delivered to HK by 07/29.  B. ) The remaining half must be delivered to Long Beach, CA by 09/29.  C. ) Must have a timetable immediately so we can let the client know when we must have the PO and all artwork to be able to accomplish this.  4. ) Notes Get me separate numbers for the helmet and the packaging.
