Web EDI is an outsourced service for companies with a low volume of transactions. Users can process electronic documents and exchange them with business partners over the Internet. Companies opting for Web EDI can access ALLiGACOM’s digital platform via an Internet connection and using a common browser like Internet Explorer. No other application is needed to use Web EDI. Documents are stored and processed on the electronic commerce server hosted by ALLiGACOM.
When your company uses Web EDI, access to ALLiGACOM’s Electronic Commerce Server (ECS) is protected by a user code and password, so it’s secure. Only you will have direct access to your documents.

Once connected to the ECS, you can easily manage your business documents:

•View documents sent by your partners in Web format
•Print documents received from partners
•Find documents to be sent to your partners with the help of Web forms
•Use special applications to manage your documents. For example, you can:
•Convert purchase orders into invoices to send
•Create advance shipping notices from purchase orders and print shipping labels
•Generate invoice summaries
•And more!
