As a flagship model, the AR-800 ultrasonic die polishing machine integrates ultrasonic vibration, brushed DC, and brushless DC outputs, making it highly adaptable for polishing milled surfaces, EDM-treated surfaces, and rough-textured materials, achieving a mirror-like finish.
AR-800 equipped with advanced microprocessor control, it allows precise speed and power adjustments, ensuring optimal polishing performance based on material requirements.
Beyond metal and mold polishing, this ultrasonic die polishing machine is also ideal for removing pattern cut-resist films from PCB surfaces. Using ultrasonic precision vibration technology, it effectively eliminates the resist layer without damaging the substrate.
High-torque output: 300W brushless DC 150W brushed DC, effortlessly handling carbide, titanium, and other high-hardness materials.
Integrated DC output power display and forward/reverse switch, enabling flexible control of DC motor operation for diverse processing needs.
Safety features: Auto-zero reset and overload protection enhance operational safety and machine longevity.
Compatible with all grades of finishing stones, ensuring versatile polishing applications.
The DC output supports rotary, reciprocating, oscillating, and belt-driven polishing tools, providing versatile solutions for large-area finishing, intricate groove polishing, and specialty surface refinement. The BLDC output, when paired with the BM-50 brushless rotary handpiece, delivers high-speed and high-torque performance, making it suitable for extended use and high-hardness material finishing.
The AR-800 ultrasonic die polishing machine is equipped with the GS-H08 ultrasonic handpiece, featuring 36W continuously adjustable power output, allowing precise reciprocating motion for high-precision polishing applications.
