90° Angle Pipe Notching Machine is a hydraulic machine for cutting the right-angle, also known as the right-angle punching machine. Other arc punching dies at any angle can also be customized according to requirements. The traditional process is to cut the pipe to make two 45-degree angles and then weld the two 45-degree pipes together. The automatic right angle cutting machine can punch out the right angle at one time, which greatly simplifies the operation steps, saves labor, and is safe and worry-free. The operator manually feeds the pipe, then steps on the foot pedal, the hydraulic cylinder pushes the slotting knife to punch down, and the horizontal hydraulic cylinder drives the cutting knife to move forward and backward to cut the square pipe into a 90-degree angle.
