Purpose: Take all-round photography of rods and wires, bar steel, square steel, rebar, etc. in a red-hot state, generate complete surface images, analyze and classify identified defects, and provide intuitive visual feedback on the surface quality of rolled products. Establish a connection based on the collected defect samples and manually labeled fault causes, thereby effectively guiding process adjustments and greatly reducing the generation of waste products.
