Organic Magnetic Pyrolysis Energy Conversion Device

Waste-to-energy WTE projects use waste-to-energy WTE technology to incinerate municipal solid waste MSW and other organic matter, generating heat that drives turbines to generate electricity. This technology is typically used in large cities. Currently, remote towns and islands with populations of 1,000 to 20,000 residents cannot accommodate such large-scale construction. China Fireprint Technology has developed a low-temperature magnetic pyrolysis power generation device that requires only land leveling and a steel shed for the equipment. It requires no fuel, reducing maintenance costs.



Working Principle

1. Magnetic Pyrolysis:

Waste degrades naturally in a low-temperature 50-280°C furnace.

2. Combustible Gas Generation:

Waste is vaporized at 50-280°C, turning it into charcoal. The charcoal decomposition process produces combustible gas.

3. Power Generation:

The combustible gas flows through a chimney into the generator furnace, where it ignites and drives the generator, generating electricity. 4. Flue Gas Treatment:

The incineration process for combustible gases water gas deodorizes, disinfects, and simply cools the gas, ensuring it meets strict international emission standards before discharge.

5. Heat Recovery:

Evaporated waste heat can be recovered for industrial processes in district heating or combined heat and power schemes.

6. Mature Industrial Process
