Yulu Pear

Chinese Yulu Pear is a high-quality mid-ripening pear variety bred by the Fruit Tree Research Institute of Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences with Korla Pear as the female parent and Snow Pear as the male parent.



Chinese Yulu Pear is a premium mid-season variety developed by Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences, crossing Korla Pear and Snow Pear. The fruit is oval, smooth, and light yellow when ripe, weighing 230–450 grams. Its white, crisp flesh is juicy and sweet 13%-16%, with a rich aroma and pleasant aftertaste. Harvested from late August to early September, it offers peak flavor and quality.
