FRP Pressure Tank

Fiberglass pressure tanks are among the most technologically advanced and demanding fiberglass products in terms of design and manufacturing requirements. They must not only withstand the weight of the medium under static conditions but also operate safely under internal pressure.

Using fiber-reinforced plastic FRP as the primary material, they are sealed containers used for storing or handling pressurized fluids gases, liquids. Their design and manufacturing must adhere to stringent pressure vessel standards such as ASME X, NB/T 47012.

Manufacturing Process 

Fixed-length winding is the most important and advanced process for manufacturing fiberglass pressure vessels.

Process: Under the control of a computer numerical control CNC system, continuous resin-impregnated fibers are precisely wound onto a rotating mandrel according to a preset line shape and thickness, followed by curing and demolding.
