PVC soft sheet polyvinyl chloride soft sheet is a plastic sheet made from polyvinyl chloride resin as the base material, with a large amount of plasticizers added. It is produced through heat pressing extrusion or calendering processes. Its core features include high elasticity, flexibility, light weight, wear resistance, and it retains the corrosion resistance, insulation, and easy processing properties of PVC materials. It is suitable for scenarios that require flexibility, cushioning, or adhesion, and is a functional polymer material between hard PVC sheets and rubber materials.

1.High flexibility and bendability
•By adding plasticizers with the addition amount usually accounting for 15% to 30%, the molecular chains of PVC are softened, making it possess excellent flexibility and resilience. It can be easily bent, folded or adhered to irregular surfaces without cracking or breaking.
•The minimum bending radius is small, making it suitable for scenarios that require dynamic deformation or long-term bending.
2.Excellent wear resistance and scratch resistance
•The surface has been treated for smoothness or filled with wear-resistant materials, resulting in medium to high wear resistance. It is unlikely to fray or deteriorate under long-term friction.
