High temperature RFID Tag is made of special substrate while chip is packaged and welded onto antenna, so that it can be stored in over 150? temperature, even 250? extreme temperature.

Long range RFID Tag is designed with talented antenna and made of high permittivity substrate. The return signal can be transmitted in longer range, normally it can reach 5 meters and even up to 13 meters distance while read by fixed reader.
