Seamless conductor bar
The DMWF-type seamless conductor system comprises PVC and copper, with four main types: Pole III, Pole IV, and Pole VI. The main accessories of the system include flat steel brackets, lifting hangers, current collectors, line feeding, end tensioners, and other essential components. The conductor material is T2 copper to ensure high conductivity, while the housing is made of PVC and calcium carbonate powder to enhance flexibility and hardness for extended service life.
This seamless conductor system is mainly used in automation equipment, three-dimensional garages, workshop assembly lines, crane power supply, and other related industries. The maximum track running length is 100 meters, and the running speed should not exceed 200 meters per minute.
