Design CAD Engineering



Taiwan K-Lite had collected data for over 1000 lamps in our database, able to fulfill the design concept ,and construct 3D CAD that meet with customer's requirement.



Optical Design Photometry Simulation



Apply the optimized light source and the design of inner reflex, Optical LENS and Light bar to design the best light pattern, cut off line and luminous intensity to comply with the regulations.



Analysis



Heat is a critical factor that affacts the light performance. Designing a high efficient cooling structure that could reduce the lumen depreciation and guarantee longer lifespan.



For making tools with exellent quality, we conduct the mold flow analysis to find the best way to bulid the tool, reduce defects when injection molding effectively.





Prototyping



By prototyping, you could find the best combination of material and design before proceeding to the final design and production. Reduce waste of cost and time on faluire design and fuctionalities. Small batch prototypes could also be acomplished by simplified tools.
