Fiberglass Rod

Our fiberglass rod made of E or ECR fiber glass and epoxy resin which is electrical level ,mainly used for polymer insulator, surge arrester, fuse cut out and other high voltage equipment .

We have two type of the fiberglass , one is E glass rod and the other is ECR glass rod. ECR glass rod have better acid resistant performance than E glass rod. We suggest you chose the ECR rod for your products voltage above 66kV.

We have the rod diameter from 4mm to 130mm. diameter 4.4.5 5 6 8 10 12 40mm mainly used for surge arrester. Our rod for surge arrester have special lower partial discharge. We exported to world big company in European and American, Since we have confidentiality contract with our customer, So I can not mention the name of our customer.

Rod from 13mm to 38mm mainly used for the suspension or tension insulator, You know the tension or suspension insulator long term service on line with a big load, so that request the fiberglass have a good performance of the tensile strength and stable quality. Any failure of insulators will cause big problem. We follow the regulation of ISO9001 quality management system requirement strictly ,so that we guarantee our rod if you use it.

Rod from 40 to 130mm mainly used for the post insulator, you maybe ever met the problem of how to chose the rod diameter for your post insulator. Since the post insulator have the bending strength requirement. But the bending strength depends on both the rod diameter and the length. Same diameter ,length change , the bending strength change, same length, rod diameter change, the bend strength change.
