HIGH EFFICENCY GAS HEATING FURNANCE
Equipped with special designed big large burning nozzle, each nozzle is equidistant and fixed angle to wrap the bottom of the kettle, ensure gas full combustion, flame temperature much higher, bring high efficiency heating speed and even heating effect.
FILLING MULTI-LAYER HEAT PRESERVATION MATERIAL OUTSIDE TANK.
It can retain heat for long time to fill multi-layer heat preservation material outside tank, efficiently reduce gas consumption under the condition of maintaining the same temperature level for a certain period of time. Saving time and saving fuel.
HYDRAULIC STIRRING SYSTEM WITH OVERLOAD PROTECTION.
The hydraulic system adopts high quality imported hydraulic motor and hydraulic gear pump, the output of hydraulic power is very stable, special hydraulic control valve modules has a certain function of overload protection, ensure the safety and durability of the hydraulic system.

The body of kettle adopts special steel with high temperature resistance, fast thermal conductivity. Large capacity ensure continuous marking job of road marking machine, inside special agitating vane ensure that the material in kettle are stirred evenly throughout the heating process.
OPTIONAL TEMPERATURE AUTOMATIC CONTROL SYSTEM
This is an optional system, always keeps heating temperature automatically within a certain preset the scope of temperature. It usually needs to be combined with the conduction oil system for high efficient heating and heat preservation.
OPTIONAL CONDUCTION OIL JAKET OF TANK
This is an optional system. The outside of the whole kettle body is wrapped with a layer of conduction oil, the heating furnace directly heats the conduction oil layer, and the whole kettle body is uniformly heated by the high thermal conductivity of the conduction oil layer.
