Coating line features:
Model TZ1600-35 coating line separated structure is suitable for certain coating factories. 2-sides 2-coating coating products in thickness range 0.15mm0.6mm applies to most ACP material, roofing and ceiling material. Model TZ1600-35 coating line is high quality coating line, good performance in all kinds of paint coating. Separated structure is flexible in production, pretreatment process and coating process are separated and non-interfering, so that production is much easier to plan or schedule. Operation faults and equipment problems effect is less.
A primary reason to choose separated structure is its advantage over dimension, Model TZ1600-35 requires only 85m×18m×7m workshop.
Application: For coating aluminium coil of ACPAluminium Composite Panel, roofing , cladding, ceiling,roller shutter,etc.
