The entrance and exit of the water pump in the decoking system is respectively connected with the entrance and exit of the pipe to be cleaned to form a closed circuit. A launcher and a receiver are installed at the entrance and exit of the pipes respectively and a PU pipeline solid decoking pig from Yantai Zhengyuan Polyurethane Co.,Ltd.placed in the launcher is pushed into the pipe by the pressure water generated by the water pump. The engine continues to work so that the pressure water keep pushing the polyurethane pipeline solid decoking pig from the entrance through the pipe into the receiver finally at the exit. Then operate the change-over switch to change the water flow direction so to push the urethane pipeline solid decoking pig in the receiver back into the pipe again by continuous pressure water and finally the polyurethane pipeline solid decoking pig back into the launcher for completing a cleaning process.
