Our flat prefold baby diapers are made of 100% premium cotton. This classic diaper is stitched from one layer. There are enough tutorials about this sewn method on the internet. However, we clarify here our own way. You need a long fabric with a size of 14”x40”. Please choose one side as selvage edge and fold the fabric in about 2”. After that please fold the fabric in about 14” from the selvage side. Then turn the fabric and fold the other side in about 11”. After the fabric is folded, we begin to stitch the fabric. The open selvage edge can be first stitched through all layers by using a wide stitch on a long setting. Then stitch the other edge. At last, the cut edges and the edges in the long side should be secured with a wide close stitch.
