JS series twin shaft compulsory concrete mixer is our company’s advantageous product. It has double horizontal shafts inside the mixer. It is usually used to produce ready mix concrete, commodity concrete, etc. Some customers also use it to produce precast concrete. It is a multi function machine.

With mixing arms, scrapers inside, the cement mixer can get uniform concrete in very short time. And there are liners inside, even if liner is broken, customer can remove it and replace with a new liner, then it doesn’t affect usage, meanwhile it lengthens mixer’s service life.

Small capacity concrete mixers can work independently, bigger capacity concrete mixers can be adopted as the mixer in concrete batching plant.

Features

1. Mixing Device

Mixing device is the most important part for a cement mixer. We adopt high-rigidity and high-tenacity wearable cast alloy steel to prolong the service time, which also is optimized torsional and bending strength. The mixing trough is designed more intensive and never deformed.

2. Hydraulic Discharge

Strong driving force; avoid pneumatic discharge can’t discharge smoothly because of pneumatic shortage or weak driving force. Manual discharge can be used in emergency.

3. Automatic Lubrication

The use of superior lubricating pump gives better results. Electric pump and distributor meters an exact amount of grease to each shaft seals. No grease distributor maintenance troubles and improve working reliability.

4. Shaft Head Seal

We have six-layer shaft end sealing for our js mixers. This can avoid concrete leakage much more effectively. Except this, we also set a unique structure to better solve the concrete leakage problem. Using this unique structure, once there is concrete leakage problem, Worker will notice it very easily and will solve it timely. So, it will not delay the production.
