By changing the marking shoe, it is easy to realize construction of various twocomponent line types such as structural line, the flat line, rib lines with bottom line or without bottom line. The butterfly automatic agitator is configured to uniformly mix the paint in the marking shoe.



OPTIONAL WIDTH ADJUSTABLE DISPENSER



Pull-film alloy aluminum dispenser, the spreading width and spreading amount of glass beads can be easily adjusted according to the construction needs, eliminating the trouble of replacing the dispenser because of customer’s needs of different width of glass beads.



INTEGRATED CONTROL PANEL ENHANCES AUTOMATION



The intelligent marking control system can realize the automatic control of components such as line selection, stirring speed, hardener quantity and applicator rotating speed, which ensures the quality of the marking and improves the adaptability of the equipment. Optionally equipped with dispenser automatically delays clutch system to completely solve the defect that the dispenser does not cover the position of the clutch, and avoids the phenomenon that the glass beads can not completely cover the marking.



SPECIAL SURFACE COATING, DURABLE



The punching rim is covered with wear-resistant and heat-resistant special rubber wheels, which are super wear-resistant, light in walking and never degummed. The surface of the whole machine adopts electrophoretic coating and electroplating treatment, and the equipment has excellent anti-corrosion and anti-rust performance and long service life;
