XYC EH 71-241 1KG High Temperature Grease for Constant Velocity Ball Joints Wear Protection Long Ser

XYC EH 71-241 is a high-temperature grease based on mineral oil, polyurea and solid lubricants. It is specifically designed for constant velocity ball joints, where reliable lubrication and wear protection are required during continuous operation.



The special additives and solid lubricants contained in the formulation provide excellent wear protection and help achieve a long service life of the joints. This makes the grease suitable for applications where the lubrication system must maintain reliable performance over extended operating periods.



The product is compatible with many bellows materials, including CR, NBR, HNBR and TPEs. This compatibility supports its use in constant velocity joint assemblies where the lubricant is used together with different elastomeric bellows materials.



XYC EH 71-241 operates over a service temperature range of approximately -35°C to 140°C, with temperature peaks up to 160°C. The grease is black, with a worked penetration of 290–310 × 0.1 mm at 25°C and a dropping point above 220°C.



The grease can be applied using a grease gun, brush, spatula or automatic lubrication systems. The supplied product information also states approval by VW according to TL 52133 for the original product specification.
