Bridgeport Magnetics Group, Inc. is a privately held corporation located in Shelton, Connecticut. Founder Ulrik Poulsen and partner Sandu Pescaru are known in the industry as leaders in the development of superior and economical products. Our three business units Alpha-Core, Tortran, and Goertz Audio were originally started as separate corporations. Alpha-Core was founded in 1982, Tortran in 1986 and Goertz Audio in 1992.
