With the viewing distance range of 225mm308mm, optimum viewing distance of 255 mm, and the capability of detecting joint gap as small as 0.5mm, this series of products are used for applications of complex welding required for medium-thick steel plates, providing solutions for high-accuracy requirement and large depth of field.
The standard system is composed of a laser sensor, a host control unit and CUTEWELDER software.

Medium-thick plate welding seam tracking finding sensor series developed by Intelligent-Laser are designed for seam tracking and finding and offline programmed welding for medium and thick plates, which is capable of effectively solving the problems caused by poor consistency, poor precision and thermal deformation of the work-piece and ensures that the weld bead is precisely deposited in the joint, thus achieving intelligent welding process. This series of products are adaptable for MAG welding, MIG welding and SAW and have been widely used in various industries, including engineering machinery, steel structure, auto industry and pipeline.
