With the viewing distance range of 498mm754mm, optimum viewing distance of 600 mm, and the capability of detecting joint cap as small as 0.8mm, the IL-SPD600 Laser Vision Welding Seam Tracking Sensor can ensure that the weld bead is precisely deposited in the joint by shifting the robot or machine program path. The laser vision sensor is used for real-time acquisition of seam information and the host control unit is responsible for quick processing of scanned information.
