The economic coil cutting line composed of uncoiler, feeder, slitter and recoiler, is to slit a wide coil to stated width strips.

Features

RTLS 0-40m/min slitting speed Low Speed Slitting Line i.e. metal coil slitting machine/ slitter line is used for processing the CR/HR, stainless steel, pre-painted or galvanized steel coils less than 3mm thickness into narrow steel strip coils with desired width.

Then the strips can be used for milling, welding pipe, cold bend forming, stamping as billet. At the same time, changing different material blade can slit various metal coils.

We can also supply the high speed steel Coil Longitudinal Line 0120m/min, different type of cut to length lines, slitting and cut to length combined line.
