Features



This Sheet Metal Cutting Line is used for processing the cold rolled carbon or galvanized steel coils less than 3mm thickness through decoiling, leveling, and cutting and then turned into flattened steel plated with desired length with semi-automatization.



It adopts centralized control by PLC, with single, manual automatic operation. Equips with the touch screen, the operations of charging, feeding, edge trimming, cutting numbers, cutting length adjustment of the leveling rollers are much more convenient. Also because of the centralized control of the whole line, it can adjust the line speed in accordance for meeting different demands of variable thickness.
