COPPER 3DP is the copper additive manufacturing service of Suzhou Como Precision Materials Co., Ltd. We manufacture pure copper and copper-alloy CuCrZr, CuCr1Zr parts on 532 nm green-laser LPBF and deliver finished components: DFM review, heat treatment, CNC machining, finishing and agreed inspection such as CT, pressure, leak, flow and conductivity checks. Typical parts include cold plates, heat exchangers, heat sinks, busbars, induction coils, RF waveguides and conformal-cooling inserts, from prototype to low volume.
