From very beginning VLL had a very strong presence world-wide in apparels home furnishing. From a humble beginning it has steadily expanded from 3000 sq. ft. to 45,000 sq. ft. plant in India and is engaged in fabric cutting, printing, and apparel manufacturing. Of late, it has included in house 250 stitching machines, 50 accessories machine digital printing machine.

The entity is professionally managed and offers equal opportunity to all its 300 and more skilled artisans and trained employees that help in designing, producing and distributing over a 1.5 lac pieces of apparel per month with a monthly turnover $364 k USD.

Team of skilled designers and workers develop around 400 new samples per month and offer to buyers. Latest CAD / CAM software are employed for design precision and reduced turnaround times. Modern management techniques, including propriety ERP software developed by one of its group companies, help VLL in maximizing the value to its customers.

An important ingredient in our success story is our relationship with vendors and suppliers to get best prices on products that are procured. Checking the quality of materials, we foster healthy competition among suppliers to ensure that competitive prices and materials are obtained. VLL has successfully become the manufacturer for TAMSY JOVIE International apparel brands and is also in process to get associate with Reliance Trends as a manufacturer. We are also participating in fairs and exhibition IHGF, Apparel textile sourcing-Canada etc. on international level to extend business with external buyers. VLL aims to become one of the biggest Apparel Home furnishing name globally in upcoming months.
